How To Cancel or Change an Order:

To be able to change or cancel your order, you will need to talk to our Sales Engineer or contact Our Sales Engineer will assist you with Return Authorization request upon checking your order. While we maintain our return policy in the industry with utmost accuracy, some items cannot be returned for very specific reasons. These items include software and any item that is considered personal, such as earphone or instrument mouthpiece.
